How to prepare La Viña Cheese Tart
The La Viña cheese pie is delicious. This baked cheese tart has a simple preparation and almost no decoration, since it is not served with jam. However, it is exquisite for its intense flavor and unique texture, more or less compact, but always delicious.
To enjoy a delicious La Viña cheese pie, the first thing we must do is preheat the oven to 200°C, with heat from above and below, but without a fan.
Beat the cream cheese with the help of a whisk until it has no lumps. Then we add the sugar and beat again until it is well integrated.
We incorporate the eggs one at a time, without adding the next until the previous one is integrated.
Add the flour and mix again, until there are no lumps left. And finally, we incorporate the cream and mix again, until we get a homogeneous mixture.
